About Micah

Micah Patt (she/her) is a voice teacher & theatre practitioner currently based in Atlanta. She works at Western Carolina University as a Professor of Musical Theatre Voice, operates a private voice studio, and offers in person/virtual assistant director services. She is a member of National Association of Teachers of Singing and the National Opera Association. ​​

Micah is a graduate of the M.M. Voice Pedagogy program at Syracuse University, and also holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Western Carolina University. She plans to pursue doctoral studies to further her research interests in crossover voice training and somatic methods. When not working, she is taking aerial arts classes, playing League of Legends (poorly), or creating new spreads in her bullet journal.
